At Hann’s, we love helping patients navigate complex fertility treatments, from understanding injection schedules to properly measuring with an insulin or other types of syringes. We go above and beyond and can be available 24 by 7 by 365 for our patients who need support. We also occasionally post educational content to support patients and providers alike.

Sometimes, people find our blog through Google and reach out with questions we legally cannot answer, especially if they are not our patients and/or are asking about medications that we do not dispense.

Here is simple reason why:

Pharmacists are not legally allow to give medical advice on prescriptions that we have not filled.

It is not a matter of being unwilling, it is a matter of safety, ethical standards, and state pharmacy law. We do not have access to the full patient medication history and we have not verified the prescription and we are not your pharmacist of record. Giving advice under those conditions could cause harm and we take that responsibility seriously.
