  • PatientFi: PatientFi is a financing program that can assist with both your medical and prescription expenses. They offer a wide range of payment plans to best fit you and your family’s financial needs, and applications do not impact your credit score. Submit an application online at zero expense.
  • CapexMD: CapexMD works directly with our pharmacy and participating fertility offices. Upon application, a loan specialist will contact you within 24 hours to inform you how much you have been approved for. Learn more about CapexMD Fertility Financing and apply online.
  • ReUnite Lending Club: Hann’s Fertility Pharmacy partners with ReUnite so that we can offer you the best pricing for your fertility medications. Additionally, ReUnite also offers a “Lending Club” program to help you cover your medication costs over a period of time. Applications to pre-qualify do not impact your credit score, and your first payment is not due for the first three to seven weeks. You can apply for the Lending Club today.
  • Future Family: Future Family is a financing program for fertility-specific medications, offering various payment plans to best suit you and your family’s situation. Additionally, Future Family is staffed with on-call fertility coaches as an extra resource for help with questions throughout your cycle. Prequalifying does not impact your credit score. Hann’s offers discount programming for fertility medication financing to accommodate every individual’s journey. Our pharmacists are educated in the requirements of every program to help you find the right fit based on your circumstances.

Our discount programs include:

  • ReUnite Assist: Eligible patients can save on specific fertility treatment options — including Follistim, Ganirelix Acetate injections and Pregnyl — using ReUnite Assist.
  • ReUnite Oncofertility: Patients who are undergoing oncology treatments and wish to preserve their eggs can qualify for discounts on future fertility injections.
  • ReUnite Reassurance: Individuals who need to receive a dose for IVF but have been quarantined for COVID-19 can get their Pregnyl, Follistim and Ganirelix replaced for free.
  • ReUnite Assist for Veterans: We provide special fertility discounts for active and veteran military members to qualify for 25% off their fertility medications.
  • HeartFelt: The HeartFelt program allows patients who had to cancel their cycle treatments for reasons outside their control — such as COVID-19 or a natural disaster — to qualify for a discount and up to $250 toward co-pay costs. The HeartFelt Medication Replacement Application is for cash-paying patients, while those using commercial insurance can complete the HeartFelt Co-Pay Assistance Application.
  • HeartTomorrow: If you are considering freezing your eggs, HeartTomorrow can help you receive a discount on the treatment plans.

Meet Hann’s Pharmacy’s Fertility Team

Kristen Souders
Kristen SoudersPartner, Pharmacist
Kristen has more than 26 years of pharmacy experience, 12 of them in specialty pharmacy to include such fields as fertility, oncology and compounding, as well as disease states such as hepatitis C, Crohn’s, and rheumotoid arthritis to name a few. She has also developed a fertility training module, and has held and continues to hold annual fertility trainings for recertification of all employees. Her passion to be closer to patients brought her from big store retail pharmacy manager to open a small, personal boutique pharmacy aimed for a more personal touch to include educating on whole health and well-being. With a fully seasoned staff in the fertility field, supporting fertility patients with their medications and protocols has become the main focus at Hann’s Pharmacy.

Tania TajzadPharmacist
Tania Tajzad, PharmD, RPh completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry at Virginia Tech and her Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Maryland, Baltimore. She is a dedicated pharmacist with an in-depth knowledge of chronic disease management and treatment. Licensed in VA, MD, and DC, she is proud to be serving patients in the DMV. Before joining Hann’s, she had significant experience in both community and hospital pharmacy practice. Her strength lies in counseling patients and catching potentially harmful drug interactions. In addition to pharmaceutical practice, she is a strong advocate of functional medicine, empowering patients to strengthen their health through proper nutrition and verified supplements. Her favorite part about her profession lies in the opportunity to teach patients one-on-one regarding their health conditions and medications.
Colette Lewis-Mann
Colette Lewis-MannPharmacist
Colette Lewis-Mann, RPh studied Master of Pharmacy at the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. She decided to become a pharmacist after discovering a keen interest in medicines but also a strong desire to care for others. Colette has over 9 years of pharmacist experience in the United Kingdom in community and hospital pharmacy settings. During her time in the United Kingdom, she learned the importance of empathy and creating a safe space in the pharmacy for patients to feel seen and heard. Colette joined Hann’s Pharmacy initially as a pharmacy intern in June 2021 and just over a year later, she became a licensed pharmacist. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and encouraging them to feel more confident about their medications. One of Colette’s mottos is: “There is no such thing as a silly question! Ask me anything!” Colette loves counseling patients on the benefits of homeopathic products and the importance of professionally fitted compression. She looks forward to continuing to support patients throughout their fertility journey and making sure each patient leaves Hann’s Pharmacy feeling positive, valued, and special. Outside of work, Colette loves going on cruises and hunting around for the treats she misses from the UK.

Morgan PenningtonPharmacist
Morgan Pennington graduated from West Virginia University in 2017 with a doctorate of pharmacy. She went on to work as a retail pharmacist for 5 years, honing her skills and fulfilling her desire to serve patients with a comprehensive approach to ensure they receive the best treatment and information for their needs. Although she enjoyed it, she wanted to have more opportunities to consult and work with patients one on one. She is now licensed in both Virginia and West Virginia and is excited at the new ability to provide both her home state and the DMV with specialized pharmaceutical needs for patients’ fertility journeys.
