Meet Hann’s Pharmacy’s Fertility Team
Kristen Hann SoudersOwner, Pharmacist
Kristen Hann Souders has 30 years of pharmacy experience, 16 of them in specialty pharmacy to include such fields as fertility, oncology and compounding, as well as disease states such as hepatitis C, Crohn’s, and rheumatoid arthritis to name a few. She has also developed a fertility training module, and has held and continues to hold annual fertility trainings for recertification of all employees. Her passion to be closer to patients brought her from big store retail pharmacy manager to open a small, personal boutique pharmacy aimed for a more personal touch to include educating on whole health and well-being. Kristen grew up in the pharmacy where her Dad worked in Cumberland, MD and knew from the start that she wanted to follow his footsteps to share the bond and trust she saw he created with everyone that walked in his door. Having the honor to name this pharmacy “Hann’s” in tribute to him is what makes this place so special. She studied at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, the same alma mater as her Father. Kristen enjoys a good, long run in chilly weather, sipping on Yerba Mate, and all the time she can possibly get with her husband and three boys.

Colette Lewis-Mann, RPh studied Master of Pharmacy at the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. She decided to become a pharmacist after discovering a keen interest in medicines but also a strong desire to care for others. Colette has over 9 years of pharmacist experience in the United Kingdom in community and hospital pharmacy settings. During her time in the United Kingdom, she learned the importance of empathy and creating a safe space in the pharmacy for patients to feel seen and heard. Colette joined Hann’s Pharmacy initially as a pharmacy intern in June 2021 and just over a year later, she became a licensed pharmacist. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and encouraging them to feel more confident about their medications. One of Colette’s mottos is: “There is no such thing as a silly question! Ask me anything!” Colette loves counseling patients on the benefits of homeopathic products and the importance of professionally fitted compression. She looks forward to continuing to support patients throughout their fertility journey and making sure each patient leaves Hann’s Pharmacy feeling positive, valued, and special. Outside of work, Colette loves going on cruises and hunting around for the treats she misses from the UK.
